KING'S CROSS COUNTRY TEAMS RUN AT DICKINSON
CARLISLE -- The King's College men's and women's cross country teams
competed in the Dickinson College Invitational Saturday in Carlisle.
The King's men's "A" team finished 18th in the field of 33 teams
competing in the 8,100-meter run. Pat Lyons was the top Monarch,
finishing 58th with a time of 28:27.2 in the field of 224 runners.
Teammate Justin Winters was 73rd at 28:54.77 while Matt Hall was 84th
with a time of 29:15:03. Derek Call was 87th at 29:24.80 while Matt
Washo finished 114th with a 30:14.52.
The Monarch "B" team was 27th in a field of 29 teams competing in the 4K
run. Dave Davis was 116th in a field of 204 runners, posting a time of
15:35.18. David Krupski was 118th at 15:39.15 while Vince Pecora was
119th with a 15:44.64. Ed Kilanowski rounded out the "B" team runners by
finishing 123rd with a 16:41.04.
The King's women finished 31st in the 36-team field competing in the 6K
run. Kelley Wiewald was 54th in the field of 247 runners with a time of
25:24:27. Maria Demuro was 112th with a 27:04.56. Shauna Crabb was 152nd
at 31:16.11; Jess Schillawski finished 158th with a 32:31.44; while
Sarah Rabeau was 160th at 39:21.36.
