National Chemistry Week 2018

The ACS sponsors an Illustrated Poem Contest every year for National Chemistry Week. The 2018 theme is:

“Chemistry is Out of This World”

Congratulations to this year's winners:

The 9-12 winner is Mya from Hanover Area High School
The 6-8 winner is Daniel from Hazleton Area School District
The K-2 winner is Garrison from Upper Dauphin Elementary

During 2019’s International Year of the Periodic Table, NCW will be celebrated October 20-26, 2019 with the theme, "Marvelous Metals." The NCW 2019 edition of Celebrating Chemistry and other online resources will be available August 1.
