San Diego State Foundation. Carried out cell-adhesion perturbation testing and radiolabeling assays. Developed an in vitro translation system.

Molecular Biology Institute, San Diego State University. Investigated mammalian metabolism and salvage mechanisms regarding pyrimidines, specifically thymidine.

Sea World San Diego. Maintained, monitored and recorded the development of various species of penguins from hatching to distribution.
